“Delivery” Orders Catering staff will deliver your order to an Edwards approved
conference room with catering equipment. Staff does not remain for the
duration of the event, but instead, delivers, & returns for
scheduled pick up.
Catering “Delivery”
orders must be submitted and finalized (3) full business days prior to your
event date and must meet a $100.00 minimum.
Late Fees - Delivery Orders Same day
Breakfast - $50
Lunch - $150
Snacks - $25
Revisions – Delivery Orders All revisions to your Catering Order (including guest count
changes), must be submitted a minimum of (3) full business days in advance. Any
revision request submitted within (3) business days may incur a $50 late fee
Order Cancellations – Delivery
Orders Catering orders must be cancelled with at least (3) full
business days’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. Orders cancelled with less
than (3) full business days’ notice will be charged for all of the
product that cannot be repurposed in normal outlets.
Alcohol Policy Beer and wine services are available after 4:00pm and with ELT written approval.
“Prearranged Café Meal” Prearranged meals groups are booked in 30 minute intervals for lunch
service starting at 11.00 a.m. and will need to have a minimum of 10 guests.
The
times will be booked on a first come first reserve basis.
Check
out register is located on the far right side of the Ovens Station (Pizza
Station)
Each
group member will be billed a flat rate of $8.00 for a meal & drink from
the Café stations (excluding Starbucks)
Attendee
names will need to be e-mailed to EdwardsIrvineCafe@cafebonappetit.com by 9:00
a.m. the day of your group request.
“Express Pick Up” Orders Same day orders must be placed 2 hours prior to the order pick up
and must be under 30 guests. Please contact the catering department at ext.
5089 for all same day orders. Please see same day order cut off times below:
Breakfast:
6:30 a.m.
Lunch:
10:00 a.m.
PM/Dinner:
3:00 p.m.
Order Cancellations – Express Orders cancelled less than 24 hours in advanced will be charged at
least 50% of the total invoice.
Substitutions – Express Express catering selections are not available for menu
customization or substitutions
Pick-Up – Express Orders can be picked-up at the LINC Café Coffee Bar. Monday –
Friday | 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Delivery & Pick up – Express Express catering selections are not available for delivery. If you

Event Clean Up – Express Clean-up for express catering orders is the responsibility of the
requestor. Clean-up fees will be applied to department cost center if
meeting/event space is not cleaned after the event ends. Please refer to
Edwards Food & Plant Policy for further details.
Sales Tax – Express Prices listed do not include sales tax. Applicable sales tax of
7.75% will be added to your final invoice
Display + Disposables – Express All of our ready to serve selections are plated on recyclable
catering trays and bowls.
Please
note, serving utensils are not included in food prices. But are available for
purchase for $.50 per item.
Plates,
cups, and utensils may also be purchased for $.50 per person
